Product Care
This compact convertible bag retains the relaxed folded construction of the larger design with dual handles, zipper closure, and a longer crossbody strap.
Storage: Store in a cool cabinet with moderate humidity and use a dehumidifier when necessary. Lightly support the interior while keeping the strap arranged separately from the body.
Cleaning: Gently wipe with a clean, soft, dry cloth. Because Mini versions are available in different leather types, avoid conditioners unless the exact leather has been confirmed.
Protection: Pay particular attention to the small base corners, zipper area, handles, strap attachments, and side hardware. Keep away from moisture, perfume, cosmetics, oils, and abrasive surfaces.
Structure: Carry only lightweight essentials and avoid tightly packing the interior. The small relaxed body can become misshapen if repeatedly stretched by bulky items.
Mode of Payment
We accept payments via bank transfer, GCash, credit card, or cash on pickup. For clients who wish to reserve a coveted piece, our Layaway Program allows you to secure your selection with a 50% non-refundable downpayment. The remaining balance must be completed within four (4) weeks from reservation. Kindly note that failure to settle the full balance within this period will result in forfeiture of all payments made, and the piece will be returned to open sale. We are unable to accommodate extensions beyond the designated four-week period.
Due to the exclusive nature of our offerings, we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges once payment has been processed, except as provided in our Authentication Guarantee.
