Initial Inquiry & Screening
Message us on Viber with your bag name and model, your asking price, and a flat-lay photo with all inclusions. We’ll also need 5–6 close-up shots showing corners, hardware, front, back, bottom, and interior. Be upfront about any known flaws — it helps us give you an accurate initial evaluation range.

Evaluation & Decision
Our team reviews your photos and checks marketability, condition, and current buyer demand. If we can move your piece, we’ll send an acceptance message with a preliminary price range and request your full contact details. If we’re unable to accept, we’ll let you know honestly and explain why — no ghosting.✦ Preliminary price is non-binding until physical inspection

Delivery to Our Office

Physical Inspection & Documentation
Upon arrival, our admin conducts a thorough physical inspection, photographs every detail, and lists all condition notes, flaws, and inclusions in our inventory tracker. You’ll receive a receipt confirmation via chat or email together with the photo documentation — this becomes the official record of your item’s condition.

Final Terms Confirmation
After inspection, we send you the final agreed price, condition notes, and any pricing adjustments based on physical condition. You confirm via chat or email (a signature is requested for higher-value items). We only proceed to listing after your explicit confirmation.✦ Nothing goes live without your sign-off

Consignment Agreement
We issue a formal Consignment Agreement covering ownership and authenticity declaration, final pricing and payout terms, the 30-day consignment period, liability limitations, dispute handling, chargeback and return policies, and cancellation and pull-out terms.

Listed, Marketed & Monitored
Your item goes live across our online platforms and gets pushed to our VIP client network. We monitor buyer interest and performance. If market feedback suggests it, we may recommend a price adjustment — always with your approval before any change is made.✦ You're consulted on any price adjustments

Sale Complete — You Get Paid
Once your item sells, we apply the standard 7-day buyer warranty period from confirmed delivery. After the warranty clears and the buyer’s payment is fully settled, your payout is released. We’ll update you at every stage. If the consignment period ends without a sale, we’ll arrange the return of your item and coordinate the logistics with you.✦ Payment released after buyer warranty lapses

What We Need From You

Flat-Lay With Inclusions
Lay your bag with everything that comes with it — dustbag, box, receipt, authenticity card, charms, strap. Everything visible in one photo.

Detailed Photos (5–6 shots)
We need to see corners, hardware, front, back, bottom, and interior clearly. Natural lighting is best. No filters, no heavy editing.

Please be upfront about scratches, stains, repairs, or any alterations. Undisclosed issues can affect the final price or lead to rejection after physical inspection.

Share the amount you’re hoping to get. Our team will cross-check against current market demand and give you an honest evaluation range.

If you already have one from LegitGrails, Bababebi, or Zeko, please include it. If not, we may facilitate authentication — costs are shouldered by the consignor.

Once accepted, we’ll need your full name, mobile number, email address, and complete pickup address to finalize the handover.

What You Should Know
Before You Consign
Consignment Period
30 Days
Your item is actively marketed for 30 calendar days from agreement signing. You may extend or arrange a return after this period.
Buyer Warranty Period
7 Days
Your payout is held during the 7-day buyer warranty window from confirmed delivery. Payment is released once this period lapses with no issues.
Early Pull-Out Fee
₱2,000
Per item, if withdrawn before the consignment period ends. This covers administrative, marketing, and opportunity costs already incurred.Layaway Option
3 Months
We may offer buyers a layaway arrangement of up to 3 months. Your payout is released only after the buyer fully settles.Shipping Costs
Yours
All shipping to us — and return shipping if unsold — is shouldered by the consignor. Transit risk remains with you until we sign off on receipt.Our Liability
Capped
In any event where liability is established, it is strictly limited to the agreed consignment value stated in your signed agreement.
Authentication Requirements
An authentication certificate is required for all consigned items. If you already have one from LegitGrails, Bababebi, Zeko, or a similar recognized service, please include it. If you’re unable to provide a certificate, we may, at our discretion, facilitate authentication through one of our accredited providers — with all associated costs shouldered by the consignor.
Pricing & Adjustments
All prices communicated before physical inspection are preliminary and non-binding. Final pricing is established only after inspection and mutual confirmation. If market conditions change during your consignment period, we may recommend a price adjustment — but we will always inform you and request your approval before any change is implemented.
Return & Renewal After 30 Days
If your item remains unsold after the 30-day period, you may choose to renew the consignment under mutually agreed terms, or arrange for the return of your item. All return shipping or transport costs are borne by the consignor.
Chargeback, Dispute & Return Policy
During the 7-day buyer warranty period, we reserve the right to withhold, delay, suspend, or recover any payout in the event of a return request, payment dispute, chargeback, fraud investigation, authenticity concern, or similar issue — as necessary to protect both parties.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Both parties agree to exert good faith efforts to resolve any disputes amicably before escalating to the appropriate courts.
