3.1 Product Availability — All Products displayed by KCLUXURYBAGS are subject to availability. Due to the unique nature of luxury resale and consignment, most Products are available in limited quantities and, in many cases, only as a single piece.

9.1 Authentication — KCLUXURYBAGS is committed to offering authentic luxury Products. Our authentication procedures are governed by our Authentication Guarantee, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

9.2 Independent Authentication — Customers acknowledge that authentication opinions are provided through independent authentication providers selected by KCLUXURYBAGS based on the nature of the Product.
