1. Definitions
- Consignor – The owner of the luxury bag who entrusts KCLUXURYBAGS to sell the item on their behalf.
- Consignee (KCLUXURYBAGS) – The business responsible for marketing, displaying, and selling the item.
- Consignment Period – The duration in which KCLUXURYBAGS has the exclusive right to sell the consigned item.
2. Item Acceptance Criteria
We only accept items that meet the following standards:
- 100% authentic luxury bags from brands like Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Gucci, etc.
- Must be in good condition with no irreparable damage.
- Must include original packaging, receipts, dust bags, or authentication certificates (if available).
- The consignor agrees to KCLUXURYBAGS’ final pricing recommendation after evaluation.
We do NOT accept:
- Counterfeit or replica items.
- Bags with excessive damage, foul odors, or missing essential parts (e.g., straps, zippers).
- Items reported as lost or stolen.
3. Authentication & Evaluation
- All consigned items undergo authentication by KCLUXURYBAGS.
- If an item is deemed inauthentic, the consignor must retrieve it immediately. Delivery fee should be shouldered by the Consignor.
- KCLUXURYBAGS reserves the right to reject any item that does not meet our quality standards.
4. Consignment Period & Pricing
Consignment Duration: The standard consignment period is 30 days. If the item remains unsold after this period, the consignor may:
- Extend the consignment period.
- Retrieve the item at their expense.
Pricing Agreement:
- The selling price is mutually agreed upon by KCLUXURYBAGS and the consignor.
- If the item remains unsold for 30 days KCLUXURYBAGS may adjust the price with the consignor’s consent.
5. Service Charge & Payment
- KCLUXURYBAGS charges a small amount of percentage to cover marketing and other expenses
Payout Process:
- Once sold, the consignor will receive payment within 1 to 3 business days after deducting the commission.
- Payments will be made via [Bank Transfer / GCash / Other Payment Methods].
6. Cancellations & No-Show Policy
- KCLUXURYBAGS ensures secure storage, meticulous handling, and active promotional efforts for each consigned item.
- Liability Disclaimer: While we take all necessary precautions, KCLUXURYBAGS will not be held liable for theft, fire, or damage caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- Unclaimed Items: If an item is left unclaimed 30 days after the consignment period has expired, it will be deemed abandoned and forfeited.
- Delivery Expenses: The consignor will be responsible for all delivery expenses, both for inbound shipments to the store and outbound shipments for the return of the item.
- Return of Consigned Items: During the consignment period, the store may, at its discretion, decide not to retain the bag for sale and may return it to the consignor. In such cases, the consignor will bear the cost of return shipping.
- Care and Documentation: KCLUXURYBAGS will ensure that the consigned item is handled with the utmost care while in our possession. Upon return, we will provide a detailed pictorial record of the item’s condition. Any claims regarding damage or discrepancies raised by the consignor after the detailed pictorial has been provided will not be the responsibility of KCLUXURYBAGS, unless the damage was caused directly by the store’s handling.
7. Return & Withdrawal Policy
- The consignor may withdraw their item before the consignment period ends.
- If the item is retrieved before a confirmed sale, KCLUXURYBAGS may charge a service fee for authentication, storage, and marketing expenses.
8. Marketing & Sales Strategy
Maximum Exposure for Your Item!
- Listed on our website & social media platforms for wider visibility.
- Featured in live selling events & paid advertisements for higher chances of selling.
- Professional photos/videos of the item will be used for promotional purposes.
9. Legal Compliance & Disputes
- By consigning, the consignor certifies they are the rightful owner of the item and that it is not stolen or encumbered.
- Any disputes will be handled through amicable settlement before legal action.
- All legal matters will be governed by the laws of the Philippines.
10. Agreement & Acknowledgment
- By signing this agreement or proceeding with the consignment, the consignor acknowledges and agrees to these Consignment Terms & Conditions.
