Every item we sell undergoes a careful review before being offered for sale, and we stand behind the authenticity of each Product in accordance with this Authentication Guarantee.

Because luxury authentication is a specialized field that requires expertise, experience, and continuous study, authentication methods may differ depending on the brand, collection, age, rarity, materials, construction, available documentation, and other relevant factors. As a result, different Products may undergo different authentication procedures before being offered for sale. This Authentication Guarantee explains our authenticity commitment, the authentication process we follow, how authenticity concerns are reviewed, and the remedies available where a genuine authenticity issue is established.

By purchasing from KCLUXURYBAGS, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Authentication Guarantee together with our Terms & Conditions, Return & Refund Policy, Product Condition Guide, and all other applicable Policies.

1. Scope and Application

1.1 Scope — This Authentication Guarantee applies to every Product sold by KCLUXURYBAGS, regardless of whether the transaction is completed through our Website, social media platforms, messaging applications, live selling events, in-person transactions, or any other authorized sales channel. It governs all matters relating to product authenticity, authenticity reviews, Customer authenticity concerns, authentication procedures, and remedies arising from verified authenticity issues.
1.2 Relationship with Other Policies — This Authentication Guarantee forms part of the contractual relationship between the Customer and KCLUXURYBAGS and shall be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Return & Refund Policy, Product Condition Guide, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Payment Terms & Conditions, and any other Policies applicable to a particular transaction. Where a concern specifically relates to product authenticity, this Authentication Guarantee shall govern that issue. Matters relating to returns, refunds, shipping, payments, or product condition shall continue to be governed by their respective Policies, unless otherwise required by Applicable Law.
1.3 Applicability — This Authentication Guarantee applies only to Products sold directly by KCLUXURYBAGS. It does not apply to Products that were not purchased from KCLUXURYBAGS, including items acquired from other sellers, marketplaces, auction platforms, or private transactions. KCLUXURYBAGS does not provide standalone authentication services for Products obtained from third parties, unless expressly agreed upon under a separate written arrangement.
1.4 Our Commitment — KCLUXURYBAGS is committed to conducting its business with honesty, transparency, and professional care. We recognize that purchasing luxury Products involves a significant investment and that authenticity is fundamental to maintaining our Customers’ confidence. For this reason, every Product offered for sale is reviewed before being listed, and KCLUXURYBAGS stands behind the authenticity of every item sold, subject to the terms of this Authentication Guarantee.

Where a Customer raises a genuine authenticity concern, KCLUXURYBAGS will review the matter fairly, objectively, and in good faith in accordance with the procedures set out in this Authentication Guarantee.

2. Our Authentication Process

2.1 Our Authentication Commitment — Authenticity is the foundation of every transaction at KCLUXURYBAGS. Before any Product is offered for sale, it undergoes a careful review to ensure that it meets the standards expected by KCLUXURYBAGS and our Customers. Every Product is first subjected to an internal inspection to evaluate its overall quality, condition, completeness, and consistency with the characteristics of an authentic luxury item.

This internal inspection forms part of our quality control process and assists in product grading, condition disclosures, and listing preparation. It is not intended to serve as the official basis for authentication. Official authentication is conducted through independent authentication providers selected by KCLUXURYBAGS based on the nature of the Product.
2.2 Independent Authentication — KCLUXURYBAGS works with independent authentication specialists who possess recognized expertise in particular luxury brands and product categories. For most luxury handbags and jewelry, KCLUXURYBAGS primarily relies on LegitGrails. Selected Chanel products, particularly those of higher value or requiring additional scrutiny, may undergo further review through Zeko Authentication.

Likewise, selected Hermès products, especially rare, highly collectible, or high-value pieces, may be authenticated through Bababebi. Where KCLUXURYBAGS considers it appropriate, more than one independent authentication provider may be engaged for the same Product to provide an additional level of verification.
2.3 Selection of Authentication Methods — Luxury products differ significantly in their construction, materials, craftsmanship, age, rarity, and market characteristics. For this reason, no single authentication method is suitable for every Product. KCLUXURYBAGS determines the appropriate authentication process for each item based on its professional assessment of the Product and the level of verification considered appropriate under the circumstances.

Accordingly, different Products may undergo different authentication procedures without affecting the validity of this Authentication Guarantee.
2.4 Professional Independence — While KCLUXURYBAGS carefully selects reputable authentication providers, each authentication opinion is independently reached by the respective provider using its own expertise, methodology, and professional judgment. KCLUXURYBAGS remains responsible for determining whether a Product will be offered for sale after considering the authentication results together with its own quality control review and the overall circumstances relating to the Product.
2.5 Continuous Improvement — Luxury authentication continues to evolve alongside changes in manufacturing techniques, materials, and industry knowledge. To maintain the integrity of our authentication standards, KCLUXURYBAGS may refine its authentication procedures, engage additional independent authentication providers, or adopt improved authentication practices whenever it considers such changes appropriate. Any such updates shall not diminish the authenticity commitment provided under this Authentication Guarantee.

3. Authenticity Concerns

3.1 Raising an Authenticity Concern — A Customer who genuinely believes that a Product purchased from KCLUXURYBAGS may not be authentic should notify KCLUXURYBAGS as soon as reasonably practicable after becoming aware of the concern. The Customer should refrain from altering, repairing, cleaning, modifying, or otherwise changing the condition of the Product while the authenticity concern is being reviewed, as such actions may affect the evaluation process.
3.2 Supporting Information — To facilitate a fair and efficient review, KCLUXURYBAGS may request photographs, videos, proof of purchase, authentication reports, correspondence, or any other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the concern. Where appropriate, KCLUXURYBAGS may also request that the Product be returned for physical inspection before a final determination is made. Failure to provide information reasonably necessary for the review may delay or prevent KCLUXURYBAGS from completing its assessment.
3.3 Good Faith Review — Every authenticity concern received by KCLUXURYBAGS will be reviewed objectively, professionally, and in good faith. The submission of an authenticity concern does not, by itself, establish that a Product is inauthentic or automatically entitle the Customer to a refund, replacement, or any other remedy.

4. Review of Authenticity Claims

4.1 Independent Assessment — Where an authenticity concern is raised, KCLUXURYBAGS may conduct any review it considers appropriate, including consulting the original authentication provider, obtaining an additional opinion from another independent authentication specialist, or performing any other reasonable verification necessary to reach an informed decision. The scope of the review will depend on the nature of the concern, the available evidence, and the characteristics of the Product involved.
4.2 Conflicting Authentication Opinions — The Customer acknowledges that luxury authentication is a specialized field involving professional judgment and that independent authentication providers may occasionally reach different conclusions regarding the same Product. Where conflicting authentication opinions exist, KCLUXURYBAGS will review all relevant information, including the reasoning supporting each opinion, the expertise of the authentication providers involved, the available supporting documentation, and any additional verification considered appropriate. KCLUXURYBAGS may obtain one or more additional independent authentication opinions before reaching a final determination.
4.3 Final Determination — Following completion of its review, KCLUXURYBAGS will determine whether the authenticity concern has been substantiated. Where KCLUXURYBAGS concludes that the Product is authentic, the matter will be considered resolved unless new and material evidence becomes available. Where KCLUXURYBAGS concludes that the Product is not authentic, the matter shall be resolved in accordance with Section 5 of this Authentication Guarantee and the applicable provisions of the Return & Refund Policy.

5. Remedies

5.1 Verified Authenticity Concerns — If, following the review process described in this Authentication Guarantee, KCLUXURYBAGS determines that a Product sold by us is not authentic, the Customer shall be entitled to the remedies provided under our Return & Refund Policy. Depending on the circumstances, KCLUXURYBAGS may provide a full refund, replacement product, store credit, or any other appropriate remedy consistent with the Return & Refund Policy and Applicable Law.
5.2 Return of the Product — Before any remedy is provided, KCLUXURYBAGS may require the Customer to return the Product for inspection and verification. The return of the Product shall be carried out in accordance with the procedures set out in the Return & Refund Policy. Unless otherwise agreed or required by Applicable Law, the Product must be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was delivered, together with its original inclusions where applicable.
5.3 Refund Processing — Where a refund is approved as the appropriate remedy, it shall be processed in accordance with the timelines and procedures set out in the Return & Refund Policy.

6. Limitations of This Guarantee

6.1 Scope of the Guarantee — This Authentication Guarantee applies solely to the authenticity of Products sold directly by KCLUXURYBAGS. It does not constitute a guarantee regarding future market value, collectability, investment performance, or the future desirability of any Product.
6.2 Events Beyond Our Control — This Authentication Guarantee shall not apply where the Product has been materially altered, repaired, restored, modified, damaged, or otherwise changed after delivery in a manner that affects or prevents a proper authentication review. Likewise, KCLUXURYBAGS shall not be responsible where a Product cannot be properly evaluated because essential components, accessories, documentation, or identifying characteristics have been removed, replaced, or altered after delivery.
6.3 Subsequent Changes in Industry Knowledge — Luxury authentication continues to evolve as new manufacturing information, archival records, production techniques, and authentication methodologies become available. Accordingly, an authentication opinion rendered in good faith at the time of sale shall not be considered inaccurate solely because industry knowledge or authentication standards subsequently change.
6.4 No Standalone Authentication Service — Except where expressly agreed in writing, KCLUXURYBAGS does not provide authentication services for Products that were not purchased directly from KCLUXURYBAGS.

7. Amendments

KCLUXURYBAGS may revise or update this Authentication Guarantee from time to time to reflect developments in authentication practices, changes in Applicable Law, regulatory requirements, or improvements to our authentication procedures. Unless otherwise required by Applicable Law, the version of this Authentication Guarantee in effect at the time of purchase shall generally govern the transaction.

8. Governing Law

This Authentication Guarantee shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Authentication Guarantee shall be resolved in accordance with Applicable Law and before the appropriate courts or tribunals having jurisdiction.

9. Severability

If any provision of this Authentication Guarantee is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.

10. No Waiver

Any failure or delay by KCLUXURYBAGS in exercising any right or remedy under this Authentication Guarantee shall not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy, nor shall any partial exercise of any right prevent the subsequent exercise of that right or any other available right or remedy.
