Product Care

This compact Etoupe top handle bag is crafted in structured Epsom leather with palladium tone hardware and a removable shoulder strap.

Storage: Store upright in a cool cabinet with stable, moderate humidity, using a dehumidifier where appropriate. Lightly support the interior and position the strap away from the exterior to prevent pressure marks.

Cleaning: Wipe Epsom leather gently with a clean, soft, dry cloth. Avoid heavy conditioners, creams, alcohol based products, and wet cleaning that may alter the embossed grain.

Protection: The neutral Etoupe color should be protected carefully from denim and dark textile transfer, as well as oils, perfume, cosmetics, and moisture. Pay special attention to the Sellier corners, handle, flap edges, turn-lock, and palladium hardware.

Structure: Carry only compact, lightweight essentials and avoid overfilling. Maintaining minimal outward pressure helps preserve the crisp miniature gussets, base, and precise flap alignment.

Mode of Payment

We accept payments via bank transfer, GCash, credit card, or cash on pickup. For clients who wish to reserve a coveted piece, our Layaway Program allows you to secure your selection with a 50% non-refundable downpayment. The remaining balance must be completed within four (4) weeks from reservation. Kindly note that failure to settle the full balance within this period will result in forfeiture of all payments made, and the piece will be returned to open sale. We are unable to accommodate extensions beyond the designated four-week period.
