Product Care

This structured top handle design is defined by a sculpted trapezoidal body, prominent curved buckle, protective base, and carefully shaped leather panels.

Storage: Keep upright in a cool cabinet with consistent humidity. A dehumidifier is recommended in humid storage areas, and gentle interior support will help maintain the front panel, side gussets, and base without stretching them.

Cleaning: Remove surface dust using a soft, dry cloth with minimal pressure. Because this model is produced in several leather finishes, avoid applying conditioners, creams, or polishing products unless the exact leather has been confirmed.

Protection: Protect the buckle, metal feet, handle attachments, corners, and flap edges from scratches and impact. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, perfume, cosmetics, and oily hands.

Structure: Do not overfill or carry unnecessarily heavy contents. The architectural silhouette depends on balanced side panels and a firm base, so repeated outward pressure can gradually alter its original proportions.

Mode of Payment

We accept payments via bank transfer, GCash, credit card, or cash on pickup. For clients who wish to reserve a coveted piece, our Layaway Program allows you to secure your selection with a 50% non-refundable downpayment. The remaining balance must be completed within four (4) weeks from reservation. Kindly note that failure to settle the full balance within this period will result in forfeiture of all payments made, and the piece will be returned to open sale. We are unable to accommodate extensions beyond the designated four-week period.

Due to the exclusive nature of our offerings, we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges once payment has been processed, except as provided in our Authentication Guarantee. We encourage all clients to thoughtfully review each item and to reach out with any questions prior to purchase—especially as many of our pieces are pre-loved. We provide transparent descriptions and detailed imagery to assist your decision-making, and should you desire an even closer look, a private Bag View may be arranged upon request.

By completing a purchase or engaging in a layaway agreement with KCLUXURYBAGS, you affirm that you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy, Returns Policy, Terms & Conditions, Consignment Agreement, Bag View Guidelines, and Layaway Program Terms. We invite you to explore these policies to ensure a seamless and rewarding shopping experience with us.
