Product Care
This limited edition lightweight hobo combines coated chevron canvas with calfskin trim, a zip closure, and a soft linen and cotton interior.
Storage: Store loosely supported in a cool cabinet with controlled humidity, using a dehumidifier in humid conditions. Avoid folding the coated canvas sharply or placing heavy items on top of the bag.
Cleaning: Wipe the coated canvas gently with a soft, lint free dry cloth and treat the calfskin trim separately with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid solvents, alcohol based products, abrasive cleaners, and vigorous rubbing.
Protection: Keep away from water, oily products, cosmetics, perfume, intense heat, and abrasive surfaces. Pay particular attention to the handle, zipper area, lower corners, and printed canvas where repeated friction occurs.
Structure: Avoid overloading the lightweight body. Heavy contents can distort the long base, strain the handle attachments, and create permanent creasing in the coated canvas.
Mode of Payment
We accept payments via bank transfer, GCash, credit card, or cash on pickup. For clients who wish to reserve a coveted piece, our Layaway Program allows you to secure your selection with a 50% non-refundable downpayment. The remaining balance must be completed within four (4) weeks from reservation. Kindly note that failure to settle the full balance within this period will result in forfeiture of all payments made, and the piece will be returned to open sale. We are unable to accommodate extensions beyond the designated four-week period.
Due to the exclusive nature of our offerings, we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges once payment has been processed, except as provided in our Authentication Guarantee.
