THE PROCESS
How It Works
A straightforward path from deposit to release, with the terms agreed before you commit.

Choose your piece
Message us the item you want. We confirm whether it is currently eligible for the Layaway Program.

Review your terms
We set out the required deposit, the settlement period and the conditions applicable to your layaway.
03
Secure the Piece
Once the deposit is received and confirmed, the bag is reserved for you and taken off the floor.
04
Complete payments
Pay at your own pace within the agreed period. We send reminders and confirm each transaction.
05
Receive your piece
On full settlement we release the bag for pickup or arrange delivery, free within Metro Manila.
KEY TERMS
What a layaway looks like
50% deposit to reserve
A minimum non-refundable deposit of 50% secures the item and takes it off the market.
Four weeks to settle
The balance is settled within four weeks. No minimum instalment — pay any amount before the due date.
Bank, GCash or card
Bank transfer, GCash, cash and multiple credit cards are accepted. BDO credit card allows release on a successful transaction.
ELIGIBILITY
Selected pieces and transactions
Layaway applies to selected luxury items only and is not combinable with other promotions or discounts.
Clients provide valid identification and contact details on enrolment. Plans are non-transferable to another item or person.
A request does not reserve an item — a piece is secured only once the deposit is received and the arrangement confirmed by our team.

Layaway is a commitment to purchase. Please be comfortable with the schedule before you confirm.

The item remains the property of KCLUXURYBAGS and is not released or shipped until the balance is settled in full.
03
Missed payments beyond four weeks result in cancellation; payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
04
A one-time three-day extension may be requested in case of financial difficulty, subject to approval.
