We accept payments via bank transfer, GCash, or cash on pickup. For clients who wish to reserve a coveted piece, our Layaway Program allows you to secure your selection with a 50% non-refundable downpayment. The remaining balance must be completed within four (4) weeks from reservation. Kindly note that failure to settle the full balance within this period will result in forfeiture of all payments made, and the piece will be returned to open sale. We are unable to accommodate extensions beyond the designated four-week period.

Due to the exclusive nature of our offerings, we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges once payment has been processed. We encourage all clients to thoughtfully review each item and to reach out with any questions prior to purchase—especially as many of our pieces are pre-loved. We provide transparent descriptions and detailed imagery to assist your decision-making, and should you desire an even closer look, a private Bag View may be arranged upon request.
